You’ll also find acupuncture, medispa services (botox, etc), and teeth whitening. For kids, there’s a small “water park” known as the T-Rex Pool. It’s in the rear of the ship on deck 13 making it a little difficult to find. Having it separate from the main pool is pretty smart, keeping kids occupied in a different wet area. I for one have seen a HUGE decrease in the value of NCL since Covid.

We thought the best entertainment on the ship was at Syd Norman's. The band that was playing there when we sailed a year ago was fantastic. The Fleetwood Mac Rumours set they did one night was superb. Without the upgrade to Unlimited Steaming, just the "Free at Sea Plus", are you saying that only one person can use the internet at a time?

I did 3 cruises to Bermuda this summer and each one had less services and amenities than the one before. What stood out most to me was the lack of staff and how overworked everyone was, and the amateur level of the theater shows. One night they even had "deal or no deal" as the featured show. I get they lost a lot of money during covid, but they can't expect to make it up in a year.
The atrium itself is also quite lovely to relax, have a coffee and people-watch. Unlike other central atriums on larger ships, it’s quiet and has a nice relaxing vibe to it. It’s more of just a surprise that NCL didn’t take advantage of such a great space for a more popular venue like an atrium bar.
Almost no area was left untouched during the previous renovation. The staff on the Dawn seem to be more seasoned making them friendlier and more capable than cruises we’ve been on since the cruise industry has restarted. Norwegian Cruise Line generally attracts a younger crowd and Sun's value means there are lots of passengers coming from nearby in the United States.
